Airtel Payments Bank Now Offers Card-less Cash Withdrawals at ATMs
Airtel has appear that customers of its Payments Banking concern service will now be able to withdraw greenbacks from ATMs without the demand for a physical debit or credit card. The company on Thursday said that it has partnered with Empays, a company that describes itself as 'a global provider of deject based payment solutions', to enable Instant Money Transfer (IMT) for its Payments Bank customers.
According to a press release, the new technology volition enable Airtel Payments Bank customers to withdraw cash at over 100,000 ATMs across the country past using simply their phones. The engineering science can be used for either self-withdrawal or for sending money to an intended recipient for ATM cash withdrawal, said Airtel.
